Submit Your Abstract

Rules for Submission:

1. Scientific material must be original, unpublished and not accepted for publication or presentation at another meeting/ conference.
2. All presenting authors must register for the conference.
3. Authors may submit an unlimited number of abstracts.
4. Abstract needs to be submitted in doc or docx files format on this page. Hardcopy and faxed abstracts WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
5. Abstract templates for original article and case report/series are available here. You may download the file and save it as your template copy.
6. Once the abstract is accepted, you are required to submit your poster in PDF format to us. Link for PDF submission will be provided in your email of acceptance confirmation.
7. Further details regarding poster display and poster presentations will be informed via email once finalized by the committee.
8. All accepted abstracts will be included in the program book.
9. All submissions are encouraged to be registered with the National Medical Research Register (NMRR) before the deadline.
10. ONLY accepted abstracts with NMRR registration will be published in THE MALAYSIAN JOURNAL OF PATHOLOGY, MJPath. Therefore, submission of abstracts constitutes the authors consent for publication of abstracts.

Submission Closing Date: 31 May 2026. Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered.


Notification of Submission:
1. All abstracts submitted will be acknowledged through email.
2. Please contact the Scientific Meeting Team (npc2026sarawak.sc@gmail.com) if you do not receive the acknowledgement email.
3. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the submitting author via email latest by 15 July 2026
4. The judges' decisions are final.
